Each guest receives a comprehensive “welcome pack” for the bathroom (items include toilet rolls, soap and shampoo) and the kitchen which eliminates the necessity to visit the shops immediately on arrival.

Booking terms
Security deposit: £250
Deposits will be refunded within seven working days of departure less any charges incurred.
Payment Terms
Booking is confirmed upon receipt of 30% of the total rent payable. This is non returnable. The 70% rental balance and security deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to the commencement of stay. If booking is made within 8 weeks of rental period, then all sums are due immediately to confirm the booking.
Payment can be made by direct bank transfer (bank details available on booking form) or by sterling cheque. Credit card payments can be made via Paypal.
Arrival and departure details
Arrival times can usually be made to suit the tenant
Departure times are no later than 10am on the day of departure
Cancellation
More then 56 days - Loss of 30% Deposit
Less than 56 days - Full cost of the Let
In the event that following cancellation the Owners are able to re-let the accommodation for the period booked (or part of it) 50% of the re-let income will be refunded to the Hirer.
