Booking terms
Deposit
A 25% deposit is required with the balance due on arrival.
Payment
Payment can be in Cash or with credit/debit card. Debit Cards, Visa and Mastercard at no extra cost are acceptable, but for Amex there is a surcharge of 3% to cover handling fees.
Cancellation
Cancellations within 24 hours of an agreed booking will be charged at normal room rates unless we are able to re-let the room.
